O R D E R

% 28.04.2017 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confirms that respondent no.1 has been served and respondent no.2 is his wife. He further submits that an arbitrator has already been appointed. In view of the above, it is directed that the order dated 9th January, 2017 shall continue till disposal of the arbitral proceedings. Respondent would be at liberty to approach the arbitrator for modification / vacation of the order dated 9th January, 2017. Needless to mention that if any such application is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law, uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court. It is clarified that the arbitrator would not be precluded from passing any order for vacation / modification of the order dated 9th January, 2017.
