The applications stands disposed of.
CRL.M.C. 5284/2019 & CRL.M.C. 5286/2019 Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the matter stands amicably settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2 in as much as the petitioners have deposited the total amount due and the respondent no.2 has issued 'No Dues Certificate'. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that in view of the settlement, respondent no.2 has no objection in case of quashing of FIR against the petitioners. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent no.2 and the fact that 'No Dues Certificate' has also been issued by the respondent no.2, I hereby quash the FIR No. 488/2017 and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom .
