Learned counsel for the applicant has handed over a copy of the order dated 09.04.2026 by virtue whereof charges have been framed by the learned Trial Court under Sections 238(b)/61(2)/317(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in SC 555/2025 entitled State Vs. Ravi Gupta @ Ganja & Ors. In view of the said charge in circumstances, he seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies, including filing of a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
