Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the charge-sheet was filed on 10.08.2016 and the trial is still pending. Learned APP submits that two witnesses, namely, FSL Expert and the Investigating Officer have remained to be examined 5.

In view of the above, the trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months from today. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the applicants.
