The present bail applications have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 351/2017, under Sections 420/406/34 IPG registered at Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the last directions, the petitioners have joined the investigation twice. He submits that even as per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioners have not received any amount from the complainant. Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation. She submits that the main accused namely, Shiv Murat Dwivedi & Kankana Deb have been released on regular bail. 4.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SPIO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions;- (i) The petitioners shall join investigation as and when they are asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioners shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi with their mobile numbers and in the event of change of their residential addresses, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.
