The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed seeking the following prayers:- "In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 79/2012, dated 03.04.2012 PS Mayur Vihar pending before the Ld. Court of MM, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, for the trial u/s 3/4/5/6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and may kindly be quashed in toto qua/vis-v-vis the Petitioner herein, in the interest of justice, equity and fair play and to meet the ends of justice.
Any other or further orders / directions as deemed fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the instant case may also kindly be granted in favor of the petitioners."

It is pointed out that the matter is kept before the learned Trial Court for consideration on point of charge.
