% 26.04.2019 This appeal has been listed before this Court on the basis of office note of the Registry which is based on the communication dated April 06, 2019 sent by Mr. Ajay Goel, ADJ-01 (North) Rohini Courts, Delhi praying for extension of time for disposing of the Suit. Suffice it to state that this Court on May 14, 2018 had granted time to Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of 12 months from that date.

Noting the contents of the communication dated April 06, 2019 of the learned ADJ, this Court extends the time for further a period of 9 months

from today for disposing of the suit.
