% 30.01.2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.705/2025 dated 26.09.2025 registered under sections 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. However, the record shows that the petitioner has approached this court directly, instead of first availing the remedies available before the learned Sessions Court.
In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition, with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court first for the same relief. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed-of as withdraw; with liberty as prayed for.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J JANUARY 30, 2026/V.Rawat The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 09/02/2026 at 11:54:21
