% 17.02.2026 Further to what was recorded in last order dated 16.02.2026, Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned Standing Counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement ('ED') submits, that in view of the respondent's regular bail petition having been dismissed by the learned trial court, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits, that considering the run of events and the respondent's present circumstances, whereby his mother is still in a critical medical condition, the respondent be given some more time to surrender to custody. In view of the submission made, the respondent is directed to surrender to custody by 19.02.2026.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
