This petition has been listed before this Court on an office note indicating that the petitioner, who was released on parole for a period of four weeks pursuant to the orders dated 27.11.2019 passed by this Court, has not surrendered after completion of the said parole period. 2.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the police authorities are required to take necessary action for tracing the petitioner. In addition, steps are required to be taken for invoking the personal bond furnished by the sureties in terms of the order dated 27.11.2019.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP states that further proceedings are required to be taken by the Trial Court.
