Criminal Leave Petition under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as „Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/State seeking Leave to Appeal in Case FIR No. 203/2016 under Section 279/338 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 146/196 of the Motor Vehicle Act, registered at Police Station Mianwali Nagar, New Delhi.
