% 01.11.2019 The petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of three weeks subject to his furnishing two sureties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is unable to arrange two sureties.

Heard. In the interest of justice, the order dated 25.06.2019 stands amended. The petitioner be released on furlough on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount. Rest of the terms and conditions of order dated 25.06.2019 will remain the same. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
