The petitioner has filed an application under Diary No. 3403638/2025 for withdrawal of the writ petition as his grievances have been addressed by the respondents.

The respondents have no objection to withdrawal of the petition, and confirm that a revised seniority list has been issued. 4.

In view of the above, the application for withdrawal is allowed, and W.P.(C) 1061/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
