After making submissions for some time, counsel for the Petitioner states that prayers (a), (b) and (c) are not being pressed. A limited request is made that the Directorate of Education ('DoE') be directed to expedite the pending statutory appeal against the adverse APARs, filed on 16th June, 2025, and that the Petitioner be permitted to urge all grounds raised in the present proceedings before the Inquiry Officer at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law.

Considering that a substantial period has elapsed since the filing of the appeal, the limited request is accepted. The DoE is directed to expedite the Petitioner's statutory appeal and pass an order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
