Counsel for NDMC states that grievance of the petitioner is regarding the survey which was to be conducted in Connaught Place area. He informs that the survey is currently going on and the representation of the petitioner will be decided on that basis.

Considering that the survey is yet to be completed and will take its own course and time, representation of the petitioner, in any case, will be decided by the respondent and shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner's counsel, within 8 weeks.

With these observations, petition stands disposed of, along with the pending application.
