The application stands disposed of.

CM(M) 173/2025 1.

The limited relief being claimed in the present petition is for directions to the learned Family Court for expeditious disposal of the divorce petition.

The learned counsel submits that the divorce petition was filed in the year 2021 at Hardoi, which was later transferred to Delhi but the case is still at an initial stage.

Even though, pleadings are complete but issues have yet not been framed.

expeditious disposal of the matter.

Keeping in view the fact that not much progress has been made despite the pendency of the petition since last more than 03 years, petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Family Court to strictly comply with the Supreme Court order dated 24.07.2023 and make best possible endeavour to expedite the proceedings of the case. 6.

The learned counsel of both the parties are also requested to render their due cooperation to the Trial Court.
