This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and Quash the decision taken by the Respondent No.2 in its 441st Meeting held on 21st /22nd May 2025, to withdraw the recognition of the Petitioner Institution for running the D.El.Ed. course from academic year 2025-2026; and; (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to issue restoration of recognition of petitioner institution for D.El.Ed. course from Academic Year 2025-2026; and;

(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus enabling the petitioner to participate in counselling and admit students for D.El.Ed. course for Academic Year 2025-2026.And/or"

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsels for the respective parties are ad idem that case of the petitioners are covered on all four corners by judgment of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being W.P.(C) 5369/2025, delivered on 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed holding that the directions passed by this Court in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in judgment dated 15.12.2025 will apply to the case of the petitioners, including the direction to permit the petitioners to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-2026.

The writ petition stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
