% 16.12.2019 Transfer of FIR bearing No. 103/2019, under Sections 332/461 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, registered at police station Mehrauli, New Delhi is sought in this petition. In addition, action against certain officials of DDA under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as well as Delhi Land (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1972 is also prayed for.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition and application are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
