% 16.01.2017 At the outset the learned counsel for the parties state that they are willing to resolve their disputes by way of mediation. Accordingly, the parties are referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). The parties shall appear before the DHMCC on 01.02.2017 at 4.00 p.m.
The present petition is disposed of with the direction that if the parties are unable to resolve their disputes within a period of four weeks thereafter, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate petition. It is clarified that the petitioner would not be precluded from filing a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 afresh.
