% 25.02.2020 After some hearing, both parties agree that the Plaintiffs be given a last and final opportunity for leading the entire evidence, subject to terms. Accordingly, the next date before the Trial Court which is fixed on 3rd June, 2020 is advanced to 30th March, 2020.

Ld. counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that he would file all the affidavits in evidence of its witnesses on or before 30th March, 2020. The evidence of the Plaintiffs shall be recorded before 15th April, 2020. Thereafter, the Defendant's evidence shall be recorded. Costs of Rs. 15,000/- shall be paid by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant on or before 30th March, 2020.
