O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 464/2019 Ms. Kiran Suri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of 14 months.

Learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award.

Noting the contents of the petition and the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of 14 months effective from January 23, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
