The applicant, vide the present application under Section 483 read of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.435/2024 dated 17.09.2024 registered at PS.: Special Cell under Sections 109(1)/221/132/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.
After some arguments, though learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application, however, he submits that it would be in the interest of justice if the FSL Report be called for by the learned Trial Court at the earliest.

Let the said FSL Report be called for/ filed at the earliest before the learned Trial Court.
