The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in spite of repeated opportunities granted, the complainant/victim has not appeared before the learned Trial Court and last opportunity for his appearance has been granted to the prosecution. The trial is now listed on 31.05.2024 for the said purpose.

He submits that the applicant shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned Trial Court to consider the fresh bail application that would be filed by the applicant post the recording of the testimony of the victim before it or if the victim does not appear before the learned Trial Court.
