% 10.01.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and instead seeks liberty to move review petition before the trial Court as all the contentions which were urged and raised in the application presented under Order XXIX Rule 1 CPC were not considered or dealt with as also to urge the grounds taken in the petition. The petition along with accompanying applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted.
