BAIL APPLN. 38/2018 1.
The petitioner seeks bail in FIR No.145/2017, Police Station Inderpuri, under Sections, 363/376/506 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs that the statement of the complainant who is aged 16 is yet to be recorded. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that twice the matter has been fixed for recording of the statement of the complainant, Bail Appln.38/2018
however, the same has not been recorded and the next date for recording the statement before Trial Court is 20.02.2018. 4.
Learned counsel submits that in case the Trial Court is directed to complete the recording of the statement on the next date and does not grant adjournment, he shall not press the application and would seek his remedies after the statement is recorded. 5.
Since the next date fixed is 20.02.2018, it is expected that the Trial Court shall record statement of the complainant on the next date and in case for any reason, the recording of the statement of the complainant is completed on the said date, the Court shall endeavour to complete the recording of the statement of the complainant on or before 28.02.2018.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take such remedies, as are available in law, after the statement of the complainant is recorded. 7.
