The instant application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the petitioner to withdraw the present petition, in the interest of justice." 2.
After perusing the contents made in the instant application, specially, in paragraphs 3 and 4 and in view of the no objection from the learned APP, this Court is inclined to allow the instant application. 3.
Accordingly, the instant application is allowed. CRL.M.C. 726/2023 4.
In view of the above order passed in CRL.M.A. 30929/2024, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
