% 11.01.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 11.01.2013, the insurance company was directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi and out of such deposit, 50% was permitted to be released to the claimants. The balance lying in deposit shall also be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.
