2. The Petitioner had his surgery for inguinal hernia on 21st May, 2019, which was within two months of his Review Medical Board, which took place on 5th July, 2019.

3. In the circumstances, the opinion expressed by the Review Medical Board, finding the Petitioner unfit, since six months had not elapsed after surgery, calls for no interference.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
