The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the impugned order dated 15th January, 2025, passed by the learned trial court in CS SCJ No. 679/2021. 3.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 4.

Keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
