This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the respondents have appointed Shri Amarendra Kumar Sinha as the sole Arbitrator from the panel of four names suggested by the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is agreeable to the said appointment.

In these circumstances, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
