The present writ petition under Article 226 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure1 (now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), seeks quashing of FIR No. 183/2021 dated 02nd September, 2021, under Sections 406, 420 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 18602, registered at P.S. Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition and urge all the grounds raised herein, before the Trial Court at the time of framing of charge, if so required.
