% 04.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking transfer of suit bearing CS No.476519/2015 titled Naresh Khurana vs. Deepak Verma. pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-01, District North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to be consolidated and tried along with Civil Suit No.2513/2016 titled Deepak Verma & Anr. vs. Naresh Khurana & Anr. pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-02, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection on the prayer being granted. In view of the above, suit bearing CS No.476519/2015 titled Naresh Khurana vs. Deepak Verma & Ors. pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-01, District North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is transferred to be tried along with Civil Suit No.2513/2016 titled Deepak Verma & Anr. vs. Naresh Khurana

& Anr. pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-02, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, to be listed on 17th March, 2020.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
