% 13.01.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of suit bearing No.CS DJ/752/2019 titled Rashmi Tandon vs. Rajeev Tandon & Anr. pending before the Court of the learned ADJ-03, Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to the Court of the learned ADJ-05, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi, where the suit bearing No.CS DJ 647/2019 and CS DJ/648/2019 titled Rashmi Tandon vs. Rajeev Tandon & Anr. are pending adjudication.

All the three suits have been filed by the respondent no.1 seeking cancellation of the relinquishment deed dated 26.05.1999/10.03.1999.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that she has no objection if the suit pending before the Court of learned ADJ, Saket Court, Delhi is transferred to the Court of learned ADJ, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

As this is also an alternate prayer made in the petition, I direct the transfer of Suits bearing Nos.CS DJ/647 and CS DJ/648/2019 titled Rashmi Tandon vs. Rajeev Tandon & Anr. pending before the District Judge, Saket to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-03, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to be listed along with Suit bearing No.CS DJ/752/2019 titled Rashmi Tandon vs. Rajeev Tandon & Anr.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
