that the bail in this case was granted by the learned Sessions Court. 2.

The grounds raised before this Court for cancellation of bail can therefore be taken and be considered by the learned Sessions Court, upon moving an appropriate application before it, in this regard. 3.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to first prefer an application for cancellation of bail before the learned Sessions Court. 4.

Accordingly, the present petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if aggrieved by the order of Sessions Court.
