This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the prayer made and submits that the period for conclusion of the proceedings be extended from 31.12.2025.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months from 31.12.2025. 4.
