By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.353/2025 dated 03.11.2025, at PS.: Preet Vihar, Delhi registered under Section 209 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has since deposited a Demand Draft bearing no. 415369 dated 19.12.2025 for an amount of Rs.33,148/- with the Registrar General of this Court in compliance with the order dated 20.04.2026. As such, the present application, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of with the direction to the applicant to join and participate in the investigation, if as and when required by the concerned IO.
