This is an application moved on behalf of the petitioners for brining on record the factum of settlement arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15th March, 2017. Copy of the settlement dated 15th March, 2017 has also been annexed with the application.

The application is allowed.

By filing this revision petition, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 30th September, 2013 whereby the application for grant of leave to defend moved by the petitioners herein was dismissed and consequently, the eviction order was passed.

During the pendency of the revision petition, at the request of the parties the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled by the parties before the learned Mediator and copy of the settlement dated 15th March, 2017 has also been placed on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties request that since the dispute has been amicably settled by the parties before the learned Mediator, this revision petition may be disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 15th March, 2017 arrived at between the parties at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

In view of the submissions made above, this revision petition is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement dated 15th March, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of settlement agreement dated 15th March, 2017.
