The petitioner has filed the present petitions, inter alia, impugning the orders dated 18.02.2016, whereby, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate has directed issuance of summons in the complaint cases (six in number) filed by respondent no.2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

similar petitions had been filed (W.P.(Crl.) 2681/2019 and W.P.(Crl.) 2682/2019), which were disposed of by a common order dated 20.09.2019. He submits that the present petitions be also disposed of in similar terms. 4.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of in terms of order dated 20.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(Crl.) 2681/2019 and W.P.(Crl.) 2682/2019.

It is clarified that it is open for the petitioner to urge all contentions, including the question whether it is necessary for the Power of Attorney Holder to state that he has personal knowledge with regard to the transactions in a complaint filed by the Power of Attorney holder. 6.
