The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the FIR No. 323/22, U/s 323/341 /506/34 IPC & Section 3(l )(s)/ 3( l)(W)(i) SC & ST Act. of P.S. Khyala, Delhi and proceedings pending before the Court of Ms. Ambika Singh, A.S.J., West-District, Tis-Hazari Court, Delhi may kindly be quashed to meet the end of justice which is abuse on the process of law keeping in view the facts and circumstances stated above, in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice."
