The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby directing Respondent No. 1 (Registrar of Societies, GNCTD) to ensure the immediate conduct of free, fair, and transparent elections of the Managing Committee of Shri Sanatan Dharma Radha Krishna Mandir Sabha (Regd.), in accordance with the registered Byelaws and the Societies Registration Act, 1860. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby directing Respondent No. 1 (Registrar of Societies, GNCTD) directing the last duly elected Managing Committee of the mandir to continue to discharge and perform all its administrative, financial, statutory management and day to day affairs of the mandir, until elections are duly conducted and a newly elected body lawfully assumes charge.

c) Direct Respondent No. 2 (Bank of Baroda) to forthwith freeze all operations of the Mandir Sabha's bank account pending lawful elections, so as to prevent further financial irregularities and misappropriation. d) Direct Respondent No. 3 (Mandir Sabha) and its temporary office bearers to refrain from any unauthorized removal or alienation of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The dispute relates to timely conduction of election of Shri Sanatan Dharma Radha Krishna Mandir Sabha, which seems to be registered under the Bye-laws and the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Any dispute with respect to enforcement of Bye-laws of Society normally may not be amenable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner will have to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 4.

The petitioner will have to take other appropriate remedy in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of.
