BAIL APPLN. 2483/2019 By the present bail application, the petitioner/ applicant prays for grant of bail in FIR No. 261/2019, registered at Police Station - Sangam Vihar, New Delhi.

The undisputed facts are that out of six accused persons, two coaccused have been admitted to anticipatory bail by this Court and the third co-accused has been granted the same by the learned Sessions Court. The allegation against the petitioner is that he hit the complainant with a stone and thereby caused injuries on his left ear. Since the petitioner

is in jail from 04.08.2019 and the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, I hereby direct the learned Trial Court to release the applicant on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The application is allowed and disposed of.

Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
