This is a petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in F.I.R No. 0021/2025 under section 110 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Najafgarh. 2.

It is stated by Ms. Sharma, learned counsel that in the present case, there is apprehension of arrest as the petitioner has been named in the present FIR.

She further states that no notice under Section 41A of CrPC has been served upon the petitioner till date to join investigation. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate court once notice under Section 41A of CrPC has been served. 7.
