The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR N.190/2021 of PS S.P. Badli for offence under Section 302/120B/149/34 IPC. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 29.01.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of the testimony of six drivers of Ola taxis, whose testimony would be relevant for deciding conspiracy angle.
