The petitioners are stated to be the husband and relatives of the husband of the complainant.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of State submits that charge sheet has already been filed qua the petitioners herein under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC before the learned trial Court without arrest. She further submits that petitioners are not required for the purpose of investigation as the same is already over.

Since the charge sheet has already been filed and petitioners are not required for the purpose of any investigation, there is no imminent threat of arrest of petitioners.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail applications seeking liberty to file fresh applications for regular bail before the learned trial Court. 5.
