The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.631/2023 of PS Geeta Colony for offences under Section 302/365/34 IPC. 2.

However, after addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court subsequent to the testimony of Joginder, who is stated to be a vital witness of prosecution. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
