This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents to act upon the complaint dated 18.07.2025 filed by the Petitioner;

B. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.2 to initiate and/or conduct vigilance inquiry proceedings in relation to the allegations made in the complaint dated 18.07.2025 and complete the inquiry proceedings in a time bound manner;"

Mr. Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA) is acting in collusion with one Mr. Ram Kishan and is creating rights in the property of the petitioner. He further states that he only limits his prayer seeking a direction against respondent DDA to decide the complaint dated 18.07.2025 of the petitioner.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Kaur, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and without admitting any of the averments made in the petition, states that the DDA will dispose of the representation dated 02.12.2025 of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case not later than 12 week from today. 6.

The petitioner shall also be granted a personal hearing. 7.
