% 17.01.2020 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking protection against respondent nos. 4 and 5 and some unknown persons. It is submitted by learned ASC that due protection has already been granted to the petitioner and the mobile numbers of SHO and concerned Beat Officers have been provided to him so that he can make calls in the event of distress.

He further submits that the primary accused has been arrested and is in judicial custody. Since protection has already been granted, as submitted by learned ASC, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
