The accused/applicant seeks to be released on regular bail in case for offence under Sections 420/406 IPC with the allegations that the accused/applicant and his father defrauded 31 victims for a total sum of more than Rs. 3 crores and that the accused/applicant and his father had absconded after selling away their house and two of the victims committed suicide (as informed today by one of the victims present in Court). 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application.
