Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has joined the proceeding through video-conferencing and reiterates that since the matter has been amicably settled, let the petitioner withdraw the present petition and file fresh petition, seeking quashing on the basis of such settlement and once it is filed, respondent No.2 shall extend her best cooperation in terms of the settlement between the parties.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing of FIR in question based on abovesaid settlement.
