The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no.1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') to prevent unauthorized construction being carried out by the respondents no.2 to 7 and also a direction to remove the unauthorized construction from property bearing No. RZ-68/256, Plot No.68, measuring 167 sq. yds. part of Khasra No.234, 255 and 256, situated in the area of Village Nasirpur, Colony known as Dayal Park, West Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046 (hereinafter the 'subject property').

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, Show Cause Notice was issued and thereafter demolition orders have been passed on 17th September, 2025 and 6th October, 2025. Further, a Work Stop Notice has also been issued on 26th August, 2025.

The documents have been handed over in Court and the same are taken on record.

Accordingly, the respondent no.1/MCD is directed to take action in accordance with law, and after complying with all statutory requirements. 5.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law 6.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the private respondents/occupier(s) shall remain protected. 7.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of.
